That's my friend's blog! (As in real life friend.) It's gotten so popular. She's an excellent cook. She made a vegan pineapple cake for my baby shower in August that was outstanding.

I'm not a vegan by any means, however, I may seriously start to rethink our eating habits in our house.

My children are notorious picky eaters, and some of her recipes look so good and easy to boot! I may try to make some 'good for you' meals like she has outlined on her website.

I love that blog, and only came accross it recently. I'm totally inspired by the lunches she packs. It's so nice to see others feeding their kids good, healthy vegan stuff and maintaining variety. It's quasi-support in our meat-heavy society!

(*note* I'm not anti-meat, it's health reasons for us not eating it, it's just hard to maintain a vegan lifestyle for Teagan when everything fast easy and cheap has something she can't eat)
