free jericho preview

So Yahoo is streaming the first episode of Jericho before it premieres on Wednesday, September 20th.

After watching, I've made a few observations about the main character:

1. Hot, prodigal son? Check.

2. One syllable name? Check.

3. Strained relationship with father? Check.

4. Classic muscle car? Check.

5. Calm in the eyes of a disaster? Check.

6. Awkward scene with ex-girlfriend who is now either married/or engaged? Check.

7. Introduction of potential new love interest? Check.

8. Bloody, & beat up by the end of the episode? Check.

Yeah, I think this show and I will get along just fine.

The pilot was a bit uneven, I'll admit, but I love Skeet Uhlrich and his poor man's Johnny Depp looks, so I'll definitely give this one another chance.

I'm hoping it'll be good enough to kill the hour before Veronica Mars starts. ;)

Is Yahoo still streaming the pilot?

I was able to watch the entire first episode last night, if you want to check it out.

(Not to mention, I don't feel like such a perv (Jensen Ackles, hot, hot, hot *cough*) watching him because he's older than me in real life and only two years younger than me on the show.)
